It’s time for the ClubX annual Thanksgiving tradition, sharing what we are grateful for! And this year to sweeten the post, I’m adding three fun low-prep ideas I saw on Tiktok you can use this week.
I’m thankful for incredible donors who made it possible for us to to upgrade our facilities safety measures. I am grateful for the decline in COVID cases and a return to a more traditional Club life: serving more kids, hearing the noise from the games room, having in person events, just getting to be a Club again. – Lynn, Boys & Girls Club of Parkersburg
Grateful for our Club members, family and friends, health and happiness. Grateful for the support from our donors and families. Most Club grateful is for my creative kids in Torch and Keystone for developing ideas for meetings, social events and community service and for my Club for letting us try and complete their ideas (and ignoring the mess in my office from projects in process). – Coreen, Wakeman Boys & Girls Club

They rocked it!

I am thankful to have experienced my first Midwest Conference and better yet that we are back to IN-PERSON gatherings! – Toni, Boys & Girls Club of Tipton County
And a huge thank you to everyone who presented at our four Regional Conferences this year! We know it is extra work on top of already full plates, and we appreciate you!
I am thankful for the opportunity to join a wonderful organization, Boys & Girls Club of Salem, Marion and Polk Counties, as I moved across the country earlier this year. It has been so interesting to experience a new Club and exciting to open a brand new Clubhouse with them this Fall! – Stacy

And finally, once again, I am so thankful for YOU. I started making these Thanksgiving posts in 2019, and YOWZA has a lot happened since then. A lot has changed, a lot hasn’t, but through it all we are showing up every day to support the young people in our communities. And for that, I am grateful.
Now for something FUN! Here are three easy activity ideas I found scrolling Tiktok the past few days that you could run this week with little to no prep needed.
